The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.
For hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted for personal care, health, and hygiene products that have been opened or unsealed.
8. Guarantees
The products sold have the legal guarantee established by current regulations, which covers lack of conformity for a period of two years from delivery.
