Directions hair dye is a cream-based color. It contains no peroxide, no ammonia, and no PPD, and follows a strict "no animal testing" internal policy.

Instructions for use

Wash hair with a balanced shampoo. However, using a PH-balanced shampoo will help the hair open the cuticle and improve the result.

With damp, towel-dried hair, apply the dye using a tint brush, ensuring that the hair you wish to color is completely covered. Leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes. Covering the area with plastic wrap and applying heat during this time will achieve a better result.

Then rinse the hair well with warm water. Keep in mind that if you do this in the shower, your skin may get stained.

Then, dry your hair and style as you like.

The results of your strand test will determine your personal processing time, but on average, we advise you to let the dye develop for 15-30 minutes.

Important:

When applying a new dye to our skin, it is important to perform a “Skin Sensitivity Test” before applying it to our hair.

This test is usually done in a discreet area, such as the forearm.

Wash the area and dry with a clean towel.

Using a cotton swab, apply a small amount of the chosen dye to the skin, about the size of a coin, and let it dry.

If you notice any unusual reaction on the skin, do not continue using the product.

                                                      Perform a Color Test

Wash hair with a balanced shampoo. If you use an acidic shampoo, it will help the hair open the cuticle and improve the result.

Cover a very small strand with the chosen color. Development usually occurs within 15 to 30 minutes, but we advise you to time it to know exactly when the desired color is achieved and note it down.

Rinse and dry as usual.

If your strand test is successful and you are satisfied with the color obtained, then you can proceed with the rest of the strands to be colored.

Always use protective gloves when applying.

Apply petroleum jelly or baby oil around the hairline and ears to prevent skin staining.

                                                                             Tips

1.     Directions dye is applied without mixing with peroxide and does not contain ammonia; therefore, it does not lighten the color. However, the advantage is that it does not dry out or damage the hair either.

2.     If you are applying multiple colors, the hair must be washed and dried separately. (Take extra care during application if you are only partially coloring to avoid staining the surrounding hair.)

3.     To obtain shades lighter than your current color, we recommend seeking professional advice.

4.     To achieve your own unique pastel shades, you can dilute the color of your choice with our white toner.

5.     To get the most out of your color, we advise you to use a color-protecting shampoo and conditioner.

6.      Try to avoid conditioning shampoos.

                                                                            Caution

•          DO NOT dye eyelashes or eyebrows.

•          If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

•          Sometimes, freshly colored hair can stain when wet, so make sure your hair is completely dry before sleeping or wearing light-colored clothing. (It may be safer to use old towels and bedding after application.)

•          Colors can sometimes stain certain surfaces and materials. Please be careful.
